Hello everyone. Welcome to another Weekly Wrap.

In this week’s wrap we’re bringing you some news from the team who have been busy taking Wejo to the people at MOVE London, we’ve got an article in the world’s leading tech magazine, and finally we have yet another great partner video, this time with our colleagues at Microsoft. Plenty going on, so let’s dive right in.

Back in September the team kicked off our end of year surge at MOVE America and took the opportunity to launch our ground-breaking Wejo Studio insights product. This week it was the turn of UK and European audiences to meet the team at MOVE London and get their hands on the live demos in our stunning new event booth. The team did a great job capturing the Wejo essence in a modern and distinctive setting that really caught the eye, but it wasn’t all style over substance as our experts delivered real value to over 1,000 existing and potential customers with the full hands-on introduction to our suite of connected vehicle data insight platforms.

The full scale of the potential for connected vehicle data is one of many subjects covered in a comprehensive article by Wired, the world’s leading tech magazine, which went live this week. The article, titled ‘How Wejo is Using Data For Good to Build the Future of Mobility’, is an excellent in-depth piece that delves right into the heart of Wejo’s ambition to ignite the mobility revolution. It focuses on the many overlooked frustrations of modern motoring and how connected vehicle data insights provide a myriad of solutions to what is essentially an increasingly broken system. Electric cars and autonomous vehicles often make the headlines, but without the right infrastructure and the right information to accurately determine the source of mobility issues, they will be unable to successfully operate or provide any meaningful benefit.

Wejo’s scalable solutions currently handle data from almost 12 million vehicles, and around 600 million will be connected by 2030. Our partnerships with companies like Microsoft, Palantir, and Hella, enable us to do more with that information at speeds unseen before, and are powering the work we are already doing today with departments of transportation and logistics providers to make roadworks safer and routes faster. You can find the Wired article here to read for yourself the many things we’re up to.

Finally, to another highlight of the week, our latest partner video which features our relationship with Microsoft. As well as being a Wejo customer, Microsoft are also our partners and we’re currently building our suite of data solutions on their Azure Cloud Platform. It’s only been a few months, but our symbiotic relationship is already building great momentum, as demonstrated in the video that you will find here alongside our press release. When it comes to processing more than 480,000 data points every second, power and scalability are essential and this is what Microsoft provides. Azure’s powerful AI capabilities are also an invaluable feature that can help us reduce road traffic accidents using near real-time data modelling. In short, our many existing and future insights products are being powered by Microsoft, so check out the video to see just what’s possible.

That’s all for this edition of the Weekly Wrap. Next week is the big one, Wejo is going to be going live on the NASDAQ on Friday and we’re incredibly excited to see this date come to fruition after months of planning and building up to this point. I hope you’ll also be tuning in to the brand new WEJO ticker symbol when it drops. I’ll see you then!
