Hi everyone and welcome to another Weekly Wrap.

This week it’s all about partners, podcasts, and compilations, because in this edition of the Wrap we have the launch of a new partner video, an appearance on Boardroom Alpha’s podcast, and another video rounding up what Wejo was up to in the media in October.

These are busy times and the focus for us, aside from doing amazing things with connected vehicle data, is trying to ensure more and more people are aware of where we’ve come from, what we’re doing now, and where we’re all going in the years ahead. Connected vehicle data is loaded with potential to help make our roads safer, cleaner, and less congested, and we’re unlocking that potential day by day.

The old proverb says that if you want to go fast, go alone, but if you want to go far, go together. At Wejo, we want the positive impact of our products to live long into the future, which is why we partner with global leaders in their fields to help achieve that. We recently launched a video detailing our relationship with Palantir, and today I’m excited to introduce our latest partner video made together with Hella Gutmann. Hella are one of the leading suppliers of parts and sensors to the motor industry and are working closely alongside our colleagues at Wejo to implement positive change in the world.

This video explains some of the progress we’ve made to date, including how we’re collaborating on research and development in areas such as diagnostics where we aim to detect malfunctions before they become an issue so that drivers can take preventative action, and even inform mechanics of what the problem is before the car reaches the garage, reducing investigative time and ensuring swift repairs. We’re also looking to the future of e-mobility by driving the broader digitalization of vehicles and making sensors ever more intelligent to enable the development of autonomous vehicles. We’re excited to continue on this journey together and see where it will take us.

From where we’re going to where we’ve come from, no topics were off limits in my discussion with David Drapkin of Boardroom Alpha on their ‘Know Who Drives Return’ podcast. If you want to learn more about the full Wejo story, including my motivation for starting the company, insight into those early years, and the market for connected vehicle data, check out the podcast for yourself here. I also discuss how we’re looking to ramp up the revenue we generate on each connected vehicle into 2022, analyze the potential obstacles for our industry moving forwards, and go into more detail on our partnership with Palantir. It’s well worth a listen.

Finally, to our media compilation. Throughout the last few months, Wejo has been featured on various podcasts, TV shows, and print/online media, including CNBC’s Closing Bell, Forbes, and Bloomberg amongst others. We’ve also announced partnerships with Microsoft, Palantir, Sompo, and more, and last week industry veteran Larry Burns joined our Board of Management. All of these have garnered increased attention from investors, podcasters, and analysts, and so in the spirit of convenience, we compiled them all into a great little video for you. Check the video out here.

Next week I’ll be making my way out of sunny Manchester to the Big Apple to meet with more potential investors and prepare for our listing in the US later this year. We’ve got loads of exciting content still lined up before the end of the year and you’ll hear about it here, so until next time, have a great week.
