Randy Mott is EVP of Global Information Technology and Chief Information Officer at General Motors. He was appointed in June 2019, after joining General Motors in 2012 responsible for the company’s global IT strategy and all IT assets.
Randy’s experience extends across markets, having led the IT strategy for several marquee global brands including serving as EVP and CIO at Hewlett-Packard, SVP and CIO for Dell and holding a variety of technical and management positions pioneering retail and supply-chain automation at Wal-Mart Stores.
Randy is a recipient of the Fisher-Hopper Prize for Lifetime Achievement in CIO Leadership and holds a BA in mathematics from the University of Arkansas. He was elected to the Board of Directors for Dun & Bradstreet in June 2015 and served on the Audit Committee and Innovation & Technology Committee through 2018.
